Blackwood Ave Jewellery is made with quality materials such as 925 Stirling Silver & Brass with 18 & 24 Carat Gold Plating. 

PAYMENT

All prices are in Australian (AUD) Dollars Items will only be shipped once payment has been received.

AFTERPAY (AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS ONLY)

Afterpay is an interest free payment plan option where you can spend up to $1,000.

The funds for the first payment will need to be available on your card at the time of purchase. Note that orders purchased with Afterpay are final and goods are sold non-refundable. No refunds can be processed for Afterpay orders.

 

CREDIT NOTES

Credit notes will be valid up to 1 year from the issue date.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Please choose carefully. All sales are final and goods are sold non-refundable with the exception of when manufacturing fault occurs on receipt of the piece.

We do not offer the option to return or exchange for change of mind. Please refer to our Exchange and Returns below.

 

RETURNS POLICY

Please choose carefully. Goods sold are non-refundable and we do not offer exchange or refund for ‘change of mind’. For all Custom pieces sales are final and no exchange or refund is permitted. We are also unable to offer exchange or refund on earrings for hygiene and safety reasons. 

If you do select the incorrect ring size we are happy to exchange this for you within 21 days of purchase where stock is available. In the instance where stock is not available a credit note can be provided or the ring maybe resized for a fee.

BACKWOOD AVE products are handmade with natural materials, therefore colours, inclusions, sizes of crystals and stones, embellishments and some core materials will vary from piece to piece. Our pieces may also show some small tool markings from our jewellers which add to the unique nature of each piece. In the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied with your purchase please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@blackwoodave.com.au and we will do what we can to remedy your concerns. 

Customers are responsible for covering any associated postage or redelivery fees. The item must be returned in the original protective packaging and show no signs of wear. We recommend shipping return orders via a registered post as Blackwood Ave are not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen parcels.

WARRANTY & REPAIRS

A 3 month warranty applies on our products. Within the warranty period Blackwood Ave will cover the cost of repair due to manufacturing fault. If the piece shows signs of damage from something other than normal wear or show signs of improper use/care, a repair fee will apply and the warranty will be voided.

If you experience damage to your Blackwood Ave jewellery outside of our warranty, we ask you to contact us at hello@blackwoodave.com.au so we can provide a quote for repair. 

Please note that if another jeweller works on your Blackwood Ave item within the warranty period (including repairs or resizing) this does void the warranty. We do not take responsibility for any damage due to other jewellers work.

Our warranty does not cover you for items that are lost or stolen. In this instance a refund or replacement under our warranty is not possible. 

Please note that our warranty does not cover silver or brass pieces that may tarnish or scratch. Tarnishing is a natural process of these metals and is a sign that they need a polish. The warranty also does not cover damage to crystals or stones (scratches/chips) if a piece has been dropped. We recommend that you follow our care instructions in our Care and FAQS section on this page to ensure your pieces are properly cared for.

MARK DOWNS AND DISCOUNTS

 

End of Season Sales or Flash Sales promoted on the Blackwood Ave website or Blackwood Ave Instagram/Facebook are only redeemable online at www.blackwoodave.com.au. Due to the high volume of demand during sale periods Blackwood Ave cannot guarantee the availability of stock during the offer period. The offer does not apply to pre-orders, out of stock items or custom orders.

All sale offers or discount codes are subject to our General Terms and Conditions, Delivery, Returns and Privacy Policies which are available online at www.blackwoodave.com.au.

All discount codes are one use per person only. They can not be used across multiple purchases.

During sale periods the sale offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer or code and is subject to change. Blackwood Ave reserve the right to shorten, extend or cancel the promotion or discount code at any time. The offer/sale also can not be backdated for orders placed prior to the sale commencement and is not extendable past the sale end date.
